1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cu666 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and related services made available at cu666.io ("the Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cu666 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game on cu666, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You accept that cu666 may update these Terms at any time, and that continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use the cu666 Platform you must also satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person.
• You do not hold more than one active cu666 account. Each player is permitted to hold a single registered account only.
• Your account has not previously been suspended or permanently closed by cu666 for any reason.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of cu666, or an immediate family member of any such person.

cu666 conducts age verification checks during the registration process and at the point of withdrawal. Players who are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age will have their accounts suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated prior to successful age verification may be withheld pending the outcome of that verification.

3 Account Registration

To access cu666's full range of games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all cu666 accounts:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one registered cu666 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at cu666's discretion, and any bonuses or promotional credits associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• Identity verification (KYC): cu666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents (e.g., National ID Card, passport) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify cu666 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. cu666 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Account currency: cu666 accounts for Bangladesh-based players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and betting stakes are displayed and processed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

cu666 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason for the refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cu666 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit processing: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within seconds of a successful transaction. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank. cu666 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified accounts only. Players who have not completed identity verification cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing: Verified accounts can expect same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests received after this cut-off will be processed on the following business day.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per request.
• Source of funds: All funds deposited to cu666 must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Bonus wagering: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Full wagering terms are specified in each individual promotion. See Section 5 for further details.
• Refused withdrawals: cu666 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request pending the outcome of ongoing identity verification, fraud investigation, or internal compliance review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cu666 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified cu666 accounts only. Unverified accounts cannot redeem or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a minimum wagering requirement. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution breakdown will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated wagering progress not completed within the expiry window will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Players may not stack multiple promotional offers unless cu666 explicitly permits this in the terms of a specific promotion.
• cu666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in active wagering will be honoured for the stated expiry period.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using promotional arbitrage strategies, or coordinating bonus claims with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming activity conducted on the cu666 Platform:

• Stake finality: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void by cu666 in the event of a technical error, manifest odds error, event cancellation, or any other circumstance that renders the settlement of the bet impossible or fundamentally unfair. Void bets are refunded to the player's account at the original stake value.
• Palpable errors: cu666 reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed at odds that were posted in error (a "palpable error"). This applies regardless of whether the relevant event has already settled. Palpable error determinations are made at cu666's sole discretion.
• Maximum payout limits: Each market has a maximum payout cap. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout for a given market will be limited to that cap. Maximum payout values are displayed within each market.
• Cricket and sports betting: All BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournament, and Bangladesh Tigers match betting is subject to the specific rules published in the cu666 Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
• RNG certification: All slot and virtual casino games on cu666 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the player or the Platform.
• Disconnections: In the event of a network disconnection during an active game round, cu666 systems will complete the round automatically according to the game's rules. cu666 does not accept liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cu666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one cu666 account, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other technological tool to access, interact with, or exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are invalid and will be reversed.
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or matched betting).
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from, connected to, or intended to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or sharing your account credentials with any third party.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with cu666 employees, game operators, or other players.
• Using VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geo-restrictions or Platform access controls.
• Engaging in any conduct that cu666 reasonably determines to be disruptive, abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players, cu666 staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

cu666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and cu666 provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming behaviour:

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they come into force.
• Session time limits: Players can configure maximum session duration alerts to remind them how long they have been playing.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, technical errors, or maintenance windows, provided that cu666 acts with reasonable diligence to restore services.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security breaches resulting from your own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cu666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cu666 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's suitability for any particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

12 Amendments to These Terms

cu666 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cu666 will notify registered players via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. Non-material updates (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms, including the effective date of the most recent revision, is always available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the cu666 Platform's operating jurisdiction. cu666 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

In the event of a dispute between you and cu666, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The majority of disputes are resolved informally within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of cu666's operating jurisdiction, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for this purpose.
